  1. Latest

    Triage is a Mac app

    • Triage.app for macOS, Apple silicon and Intel. One line installs it, with its own Node. Quit the window and Triage keeps running; it comes back after a restart, so watches keep their schedule.
    • Codex is supported for chats, with your own Codex login. Claude stays the primary agent. The top bar shows each agent’s live plan usage.
    • Teams, rebuilt: approve a plan card, and Triage runs it step by step, runs your project’s checks between steps, and pauses at the budget and at every “you decide” step. Each run keeps one live Plan document on the work item.
    • Watches are markdown files. Every scheduled slot is recorded (ran, skipped, missed, over budget, interrupted), each watch has a daily budget, and a watchdog clears stuck runs. Schedules read like “every weekday at 9:00”.
    • Every inbox row says what it asks of you (review, reply, decide, do, follow-up, read) and sits under when it’s due. FYI items fade, duplicates merge, and the inbox refreshes live.
    • Subagents show as live cards in the chat. Each turn and session shows its cost. Ids in messages link to the item, artifact or session they name.
  2. v1.0.3

    Phone polish

    • The status bar and tab bar sit clear of the iPhone home indicator.
    • Close and Cancel buttons on sheets, the shortcuts overlay and the palette.
    • New sessions start over plain http on a phone.
    • Clearer errors when an ngrok domain is already in use.
  3. v1.0.2

    Your inbox on your phone

    • Pair a phone from Settings → Phone with a QR code or a 6-digit code, then add Triage to the home screen.
    • A phone layout for the inbox, items, chats and terminals: bottom tab bar, sheets, a one-line composer and a terminal key bar.
    • Same Wi-Fi by default, or anywhere through your own ngrok.
    • Other devices are turned away until you enable phone access, and every write must come from the same origin.
  4. v1.0.1

    Links on any item

    • Add links to any work item.
    • Copy button on code blocks in chat.
    • Change a to-do’s project from its page.
  5. v1.0.0

    Teams and themes

    • Teams: a planned run on a work item, with agents and teams as plain files and a dollar budget that pauses the run.
    • Watches only get the tools you grant them, Bash only by safe prefixes, and file tools only inside the project folder.
    • 12 colour themes, from Triage Dark and Light to Tokyo Night, Catppuccin and Rosé Pine. Text size from 12 to 18px.
    • A Changes rail with each project’s git diff and an in-place file editor.
    • Drag tabs to reorder, collapse the side panel with ⌘B.
  6. v0.9.0

Any agent can file work into your inbox

    • Triage serves its tools over HTTP at localhost:5178/mcp. Point Claude Code, Codex or Cursor at the URL.
    • Settings → MCP shows the exact setup for each client.
  7. v0.8

    Know what every session did

    • Per-turn git snapshots and inline edits in the transcript.
    • Slash commands from your Claude Code setup in the composer.
    • Mermaid code blocks render as diagrams.
    • Two browser tabs can hold two workspaces.
    • Triage moved to usetriage.sh and github.com/usetriage/triage.
  8. v0.7.1

    Screenshots and costs on items

    • Attach screenshots to work items.
    • See what each item has cost on its page.
